Masjid an-Nabawi, the Prophet's Mosque ﷺ, is open at all times, with its vast courtyards and umbrellas. Hotels in the first ring are a few minutes' walk away, which changes everything for the five prayers. Unlike Makkah, **parts of Madinah are open to non-Muslims**, but the mosque precinct is not.
