Three options, from the simplest down:
1. A quiet corner near your gate. Pier ends and gates for later departures empty out between flights. A pocket mat and two minutes are enough.
2. A dining area outside meal times. Often the calmest part of the terminal mid-afternoon.
3. Praying seated at the gate. When only a few minutes of the window are left, this is what many travellers do.
A pocket prayer mat is no problem at security: it is an ordinary item. Pack it along the side of your bag so you can get it out faster.

The spiritual centre is the best place if you go there; elsewhere it is the toilets, with high basins and sensor taps that cut the water every three seconds.
